3. Refund Policy

3.1 General Provisions

Refunds are processed according to the type of offering purchased. To request a refund or service transfer, contact us within the specified period.

3.2 Legal Services

Legal services include business formation, ownership structuring, contract drafting, and dispute resolution. A full refund is available only if no substantive work or correspondence has commenced. Once our team has begun work on your matter or you have approved a draft deliverable, refunds are not permitted to ensure fair compensation for allocated professional time. You may, however, request to transfer the service to a future date or another package at founderlegals.

3.3 Informational Products

Digital materials such as guides, templates, or online courses may be returned within 14 days of purchase provided they have not been downloaded or accessed. Upon approval, refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 30 days.

3.4 Physical Goods

Printed materials or other tangible items can be returned in original condition within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned items.

3.5 Method of Refund

Refunds are credited to the original payment method unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing. Transfers of credit to other offerings at founderlegals are available upon request.

Founderlegals reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

5. Applicable Law
